Last month, during the Chinese New Year holiday, I took my family to Los Angeles and rented a car from Sky Horse. Unexpectedly, we got a flat tire on the highway due to a nail. I had heard that the service efficiency in the United States is slow, and I was already anxious to cancel and reschedule the afternoon's itinerary (including my first ever Lakers NBA game). However, an hour after we contacted Sky Horse, they drove a perfectly good replacement car to us, allowing us to leave immediately and continue our trip while they stayed behind to clean up the mess.
Despite the unexpected accident and the super traffic jam on Friday, we managed to make it to the game without any problems, and we were glad that we took out tire insurance to enjoy the super high quality service without having to pay for the tires! Our family of six recommends Sky Horse, a Taiwanese car rental company, because they put their customers' needs at the forefront of their services and are very attentive to their customers!
