Q&A
Our Alaska tours are divided into two different types: winter tours and summer tours. Winter tours mainly run from September to March of the following year, while summer tours mainly run from June to August. You can register directly on our website according to your expected departure date. If your desired date is not yet fully booked, you can still reserve a spot by paying a deposit (but please do not book your flight in advance). You will receive a confirmation notice within 30 days. If the tour is successfully formed, the deposit will be directly deducted from the tour fee. If the tour is not successfully formed, we will refund the deposit in full.

🧊 Winter Tour: It is recommended to arrive in Fairbanks between noon and afternoon local time, and then be picked up by the tour guide and arranged to check into the hotel.
☀️Summer Tour: We recommend arriving in Anchorage around 3 PM local time. Your guide will then meet you at the airport and arrange hotel check-in. If you cannot find a flight at the suggested time, don't worry, we can still arrange pick-up and drop-off. (Note: Arriving too late or too early may result in missing the first day's itinerary or incurring an extra night's hotel charges.)
Yes, as long as you have a group of 12 or more people, we can customize itineraries for you! If you have fewer than 12 people, you are also welcome to join our standard winter and summer tours. Our standard tours will only accept a maximum of 14 people, and we will add more depending on the number of applicants, so the quality of the tour will not be affected by the number of people.

Summer and winter tours to Alaska are generally recommended for participants aged 7 and above. If you have specific health conditions (such as pregnancy, cardiovascular disease, chronic illness, mobility impairment, or inability to travel for extended periods), please consult a physician and assess the risks before registering.
Due to Alaska's vast size and sparse population, medical resources are limited. In the event of a sudden health problem, timely and adequate medical treatment may not be possible. For safety reasons, the organizer reserves the right to decline or suggest rescheduling if a traveler's health condition is unsuitable for participation. By registering for this tour, travelers acknowledge and agree to assume all associated health risks and responsibilities.
If departing from Taiwan, the most common route is to transit through Seattle, USA, before heading to Anchorage (ANC). Seattle is the closest major international destination to Alaska, offering the most flight options and relatively convenient transit times.
Some airlines also offer the option of transiting through major U.S. cities such as San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Chicago, depending on the airline and ticket price.
It is recommended to search through Google Flights, Skyscanner, or the official websites of major airlines, and compare flight times, fares, and transfer convenience to choose the most suitable route.
