SUV (similar to Honda CR-V): 5 seats / 4 large luggage compartments 4. Minivan (similar to Honda Odyssey): 7-8 seats / 4 large luggage compartments. When booking a vehicle, the official website will display a clear and transparent final cost, which includes the following: 1. Deposit: Pay a deposit of US$100 using a credit card when booking on the website. You will receive an email notification confirming the booking is complete. 2. Remaining balance: Pay the balance upon vehicle pickup using a credit card (contactless payment, Apple Pay, online payment) or in US dollars. 3. Pre-authorization deposit: Due to the lengthy processing time for related outstanding fees (such as unpaid parking fees or tickets), a pre-authorization deposit of US$1 will be pre-paid using the same credit card used to pay the deposit. The pre-authorization will automatically expire 30 days after vehicle pickup.

Additional charges will apply if the following conditions occur after returning the vehicle: 1. Unpaid/paid parking fees, toll fees, or traffic tickets; 2. The vehicle is excessively dirty or has an unpleasant odor requiring special cleaning (smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle); 3. The fuel level is lower when returning the vehicle than when picking it up (the vehicle may not be fully fueled upon return due to delivery); 4. Damage to the vehicle's interior or exterior.

You will need to present a valid home country driver's license, an International Driver's Permit, renter's passport, and a valid credit card.

For international flights, we recommend picking up the car 1 hour after arrival and returning it 3.5 hours before departure. Please fill in your arrival flight information when booking, and our staff will monitor the flight status and have the car waiting outside the airport in advance. For Los Angeles (LAX) / San Francisco (SFO) international flights, we recommend picking up the car 1 hour after arrival and returning it 3.5 hours before departure. For Ontario (ONT) international flights, we recommend picking up the car 30 minutes after arrival and returning it 2.5 hours before departure.
